Jasmin earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics abroad and passed the board exam as a Registered Dietitian, bringing a unique background of discipline, analytical skills, and client-centered service into her real estate practice. She is a multilingual agent, fluent in Ilocano and Tagalog, allowing her to effectively serve and connect with a diverse community.

 

Throughout her real estate career, Jasmin has earned prestigious awards from Century 21 Homefinders of Hawaii, including the Master Ruby, Master Emerald "Consistent Top Producer" and the prestigious Aloha Nominee Award, testaments to her dedication, performance, and excellence in the industry. She also holds the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation, demonstrating her specialized training and commitment to assisting military members and their families with their relocation needs. She also completed Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) specialized training to represent home buyers, focusing on their needs throughout the home-buying process, from finding properties to closing the deal, and acting as their dedicated advocate, unlike agents who primarily represent sellers and buyers.
